Includes an initial Introductory Session with Wellbeing Assessment, a comprehensive Wellness Vision, and 13 additional weekly or semi-weekly meetings to help you reach your 3-month goals.

90 minutes first session, 60 minutes each additional session

Multiple wellness topics are able to be presented including "Food As Medicine," "Sports Nutrition," "Stress and Burnout Prevention," and "The Science of Meditation and Mindfulness."
